2011 committee meeting schedule

All Meetings are held at Big Smitty’s Upper Deck at 34 North Main Street.
The Aquafest BOD meeting precedes the committee meeting and all members are welcome.

Note: New photo night is Monday, May 9th-7:30p.m. at Big Smitty’s Patio

February 28th: Kick-off Committee meeting @ 7:30 p.m.
March 21st: Committee meeting @ 7:30 p.m.
April 1st: Deadline for street permit requests for your event.
April 11th: Committee meeting @ 7:30 p.m.
April 25th: Committee meeting @ 7:30 p.m.
May 1st: Advertising deadline for program. Contact the Chronotype regarding your event.
May 2nd: Committee meeting @ 7:30 p.m.
May 9th: Committee meeting (picture night) @ 7:30 p.m.
May 16th: Committee meeting @ 7:30 p.m.
May 23rd: Committee meeting @ 7:30 p.m.
June 6th: Committee Appreciation meeting @ 7:30 p.m.
June 13th: Workers meeting and cookout @ 7:30 p.m.
